Fish rolls with pesto

  1. 70 g whole parmesan
  2. 50 g pistachios
  3. 40 g rucola
  4. 5 tbs olive oil
  5. salt, pepper
  6. 8 thin lemon sole fillets
  7. 8 cocktail tomatoes

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Lay fish fillets on a flat surface. Chop finely parmesan and pistachios in the Quick Cut. Add rucola and chop. Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix.

3. Smear a little pesto on the fish fillets and roll up with a cocktail tomato each, fixing them with toothpicks. Place one halve of fish rolls in a Softiera insert 24 cm and other halve in Combi sieve insert.

4. Fill water (approx. 100 ml) in pot, place Softiera insert inside, Combi sieve insert on top, fit EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm and place on Navigenio.

5. Set Navigenio on "A", enter 2 minutes cooking time on the Audiotherm, fit and turn until the steam symbol appears.

6. At the end of cooking time, remove Combi sieve insert and Softiera insert. Serve the fish rolls with the remaining pesto.

Tip

  • Since the fish rolls release moisture during steaming, 100 ml of water is sufficient.
