Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red onion
- 400 g ground beef
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 250 g broad beans canned, drained
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 2 ts dried oregano
- 1/2 ts smoked paprika powder
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and finely cut the clove of garlic and onion.
2. Place the EasyQuick with a 24 cm sealing ring on the pot, heat the pot on the highest level until it reaches the roasting window, reduce to a low level, and sauté the ground beef with bacon cubes.
3. Add onion and garlic and sauté them. Then, add white beans and chopped tomatoes, season generously with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well.
4. Heat the pot at the highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the steam area.
5. After the cooking time has elapsed, remove the EasyQuick and serve.
Tip
- Serve the one pot with baguette or flatbread.
