Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 red chilies
- 400 g raw peeled shrimp
- 100 ml white wine
- salt, pepper
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 100 g baby spinach
- Parmesan to taste
Preparation
1. Peel and chop garlic and chili.
2. Place Oval EasyQuick on pot, heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window and switch to a low level. Add the shrimp and roast. Deglaze with white wine and season with salt and pepper.
3. Remove the shrimp from the pot and keep warm covered. Leave the pan drippings in pot.
4. Add garlic, chili and vegetable broth and mix well. Place the Spaghetti loosely in pot and place on the EasyQuick.
5. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 9 minutes in the steam area.
6. At the end of the cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, add the olive oil and mix well.
7. Fold in the spinach, sprinkle with shrimp and serve with Parmesan to taste.
Tip
- The cooking time can vary depending on the type of spaghetti.
