Kohlrabi can either be eaten raw or cooked as a vegetable side. Important nutrients like magnesium, selenium and calcium are found, as well as folic acid, B-vitamins and Vitamin C. Relative to the weight, the leaves of the kohlrabi contain more nutrients than the bulb itself. They can also be cooked along. Kohlrabi should ideally be stored without the leaves in a cool place.
