Ingredients
- 100 g buckwheat flour, whole grain
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 40 g soft butter
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Sieve the flour with the salt into a bowl. Whisk the egg with the milk, add to the flour, mix and then add the cooled butter. Mix everything to a smooth dough without lumps.
3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour, better still longer.
4. Place oPan on Navigenio set at level 6 until the perfect roasting temperaturehas been reached.
5. Set at level 2, pour the amount of dough into the oPan for a crêpe and distribute evenly.
6. As soon as the dough is firm, turn and finish baking.
7. You can add some sliced mushrooms in the dough and serve with a sour cream topping. Or you can just fill to taste sweet or spicy.
