Rice (Kheer) pudding

  1. 200 g rice
  2. 130 g sugar
  3. 1 L whole milk
  4. 1 ts lemon zest
  5. 1 stick cinnamon
  6. 25 g butter
  7. cinnamon

1. Add rice, sugar, milk, lemon peel and cinnamon stick to the pot, stir, cover with the Secuquick softline and close the lid.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 8 minutes in the soft area.

3. After cooking is finished, place the pot in an inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself.

4. Remove Secuquick, add butter and stir. Allow to cool and sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.
